Philosophy and Environment

Our facility was born from a love for the territory and respect for nature. We ask our guests to share this vision through small daily gestures:

• Respect the tranquility of the place, especially during afternoon and night hours.
• Avoid unnecessary waste of water and electricity.
• Follow the instructions for waste separation and recycling correctly.

Stay and Safety Rules

• Events: The facility is not available to host bachelorette/bachelor parties or similar events.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the facility.
• Minor Guests: For safety reasons, the facility is not available to accommodate guests with children under the age of six (6).
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in all enclosed areas.

Use of Spaces

Guests are requested to maintain the decorum and cleanliness of the environments, particularly common spaces, and to avoid any activity that may cause disturbance to other guests.

• The use of the common area and kitchenette is shared; please tidy up and clean after use.
• The garden is available to all guests for moments of relaxation.
• The independent entrance allows freedom of movement, provided it is done in respect of silence and others.

Check-in & Check-out

• Arrival (Check-in): From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed).
• Departure (Check-out): By 10:30 AM.
